The talent show starring kids will be presented at the Decorah Public Library Wednesday, July 8 at 3:30 to 4:15 in the mezzanine. Local talent may sign up at the library for their time in the spot light. The “Name the Penguin” drawing will be held at the conclusion of the annual event at the library as part of the children’s summer reading program, “Be Creative @ Your Library.” All ages are welcome to attend this free event at the Decorah Public Library.
