Iowa Public Television’s Dan Wardell will bring his 3^rd annual “Reading Road Trip Across Iowa” to Decorah Public Library as part of the children’s summer reading program, “Be Creative @ Your Library.” Wardell will be in the library Thursday, July 2 at 10:00 and again at 11:00. The popular host of IPTV Kids Clubhouse, Wardell will welcome kids and families in communities across Iowa throughout the summer visiting 62 libraries. This year Dan’s story time encourages kids to “Be Creative” complete with a kazoo for every child who attends. Iowa Public Television endeavors to partner with Iowa libraries to promote summer reading. The road trip is tied to this year’s theme, “Be Creative @ Your Library.” Interested families can visit Dan’s website www.iptv.org/dantastic for updates on his travels across Iowa.
