Decorah Public Library will host two free drop-in gaming sessions for young adults in May. Sessions will take place Tues. May 5 and Tues. May 19 from 3:10-4:45 p.m.

The Northeast Iowa Poetry Writers’ Group invites anyone interested in writing poetry to join them on Monday May 11 from 6:30-8 pm at Decorah Public Library (2nd floor Mezzanine Gallery).

The Alfheim Fantasy Book Discussion group will meet Thursday May 14 at 7 pm. The book to be discussed is Raymond Feist’s “Magician: Apprentice,” now available for checkout at the front desk of the library.

Decorah Public Library is hosting a book discussion about New York Times bestselling author Sarah Addison Allen’s second novel, “The Sugar Queen,” Thurs. May 28 at 7 pm. Copies of the book are available for check-out at the front desk of the library. The discussion is open to all ages and refreshments will be served.
