Decorah Public Library will host the annual library carnival, "Jamboree," in the covered parking lot of the library Wednesday July 14 from 3:30-4:15 p.m. as part of the children's summer reading program, "Make a Splash- Read!" Games, activities, crafts and prizes will be offered along with free Moo Mobile shakes. Special animal friends will make an appearance to help us celebrate the summer. All ages are welcome to attend this free event at Decorah Public Library.
