“The Magic of Water & Color” with Mary Ann Gloe.

No previous experience with watercolor is required.  Participants will be learning a variety of techniques that create textural and blending effects that are so characteristic of watercolor and will be encouraged to "really play with the medium," says Gloe. There will also be an opportunity to try working with the "overpainting" step of the "spooky watercolor technique" that Gloe taught last year at the library summer program.
