Decorah Public Library will celebrate the children’s summer reading program, “Make a Splash-Read!” with Daniel Poe’s “Dive into Reading.” Daniel will perform his Creations with a Twist program Friday, June 11 at 2-2:45pm.

Balloon artist Poe will share some fishy tales with the help of volunteers from the audience. Favorite children’s stories are brought to life onstage highlighting the talents and creativity of children wearing balloon costumes. It’s a fun, unique, and totally twisted way to share stories! This interactive story session will be held on the mezzanine level of the library.

Daniel has been twisting for over 8 years and travels throughout Iowa to perform for libraries, community assemblies, school programs, private events and city celebrations. Additional information about Creations with a Twist can be found on his website.
