Make a Splash Magic & Fun Show with Mike Prestby

Prestby as part of the children’s summer reading program, “Make a Splash-Read!” Prestby, Master Magician & Family Entertainer, will be in the library Wednesday, June 30 at 3:30-4:15 sharing his unique blend of family fun, comedy magic and audience participation. “Make a Splash Magic & Fun Show!” will focus on the importance of reading and feature water themed illusions and stories to tie into this summer’s reading program.

 

Mike Prestby, a professional magician since 1980 has bee performing all across the upper Midwest sharing in school, libraries, community events, fairs and public and private venues. He will have his puppet alligator, Al Sir Chomps Alot, join him as her presents stories like, The Tale of Dead Eye Duck, Oscar the Oyster and Percy the Dishonest Parrot.

 

All of the children will be able to help make the magic happen. Free magic jumbo dollars filled with magic tricks will be given away to all when they meet the magician after the show. Mike is also the author of a children’s magic book, Magic Tricks to Fool Your Friends.
