Nutmeg is a powerful BIG seed, especially helpful around the holidays, for more than eggnog and cookies. Come learn about its health-promoting uses. We will also start making our first recycled holiday craft project, a festive cuff bracelet made of felted wool from old sweaters and re-purposed buttons and beads. Make one for yourself or give it as a gift. Those who need to can finish theirs the following Monday.
