There’s absolutely no reason one needs to miss the crunch of spring just because it’s winter!  Come learn how to be a countertop grower of incredibly nutritious sprouts and “microgreens.”   Learn the basics of sprouting, with and without soil, sample a selection of sprouts and go home with your own starter kit for trying it yourself! We will also be starting a few seeds that will be growing on top of the YA bookshelves until spring.
