Winter is the time of sleep and rest for so many of the animals, and in a way, for us too, especially the time just after Christmas when the nights are still so long.  Take advantage of this time to recover from the holidays and do lots of dreaming.  Perhaps a hand made eye pillow, with its own washable cover,  filled with the soothing scent of lavender will help do that.  Come create your own, out of fabrics whose colors appeal to you.  There’s a whole pound  of lavender flowers waiting to be mixed with lentils or rice and some essential oil, and sealed inside your eye pillow.
